at any rate "as high as 31c" makes me smile inside cuz it climbs 2 40c here
i usually wear the lightest jersey i can find and booty shorts w/ hitops sneakers (srsly lotops r 4 nerds)
a scarf or hat soaked in cold water and rung out is actually a godsend btw
lil weird but when it's 40c its time to stop giving a fuck

Is it appropriate to still dress for summer (i.e. chinos, white ocbd) if the temperature is still 90+f everyday? I know it's past summer and that it's technically not summer anymore, but it's SO fucking hot in Texas.
