On my uni it's either piss-tier cold coffee from a vending machine, or a cup of rather pricey instant coffee from a buffet here.
I use one of these, recently got one that actually keeps your coffee hot for a while and you can safely put in in a bag without danger of its contents spilling.

I mix it up all the time and have lots of different kinds of coffee beans, grinds, and instant mixes. Right now I'm drinking it Vietnamese style but double the quantity on top of ice for iced coffee.

How would you rate the aeropress? I'm currently using the mixture of french press (I like it but it never tastes quite right) and moka pot (I like the idea but it's usually too bitter/sharp and hard to get right). I was thinking about the Aeropress cause it looks simple and hard to fuck up.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Aeropress is so worth the money IMO.
Makes great coffee, simple as fuck to use, popping the coffee puck out is fun as hell.

You don't even need to spend much on filters, you can buy a metal one for like £12, or if you're cheap like me, you can just cut out circles of kitchen roll.

I've not tried it with many different types of coffee though, I usually just use Costco coffee, I know, but it actually tastes really nice and is great value for money.

I drink coffee strictly for taste, the caffine is usually an inconvinience for me when I want to have coffee before bed.
