I simply don't eat enough calories compared to how much energy I expend on a daily basis which for me lately has been 2 meals a day and some fruit because my S.O's parents insist on cooking breakfast and dinner and in large portions so I'm never hungry and don't even want to eat half the time.

So like most "naturally skinny" people, I eat and will occasionally gorge, but I don't feel hungry most of the time and thus tend to not ingest enough calories to maintain a more 'regular' weight.

fatties, i was (lol, am) one of you. heres my advice:

eat oatmeal first thing in the morning. force it down if you have to. youll stay full forever and its got alot of dietary fiber.

certain carbs dont count. leafy greens and fiberous veggies are hard for your body to extract carbs from cus cellulose. eat a shitload of that shit nigger.

eat slower. foreal. stretch out your food as long as you can while still maintaining a regular intake and youll get the "not hungry" feeling sooner.

protein shakes count as meals you fucker.

stop drinking skim. theres a shitload of sugar in milk and fat helps regulate the release of it. if you can, try and get raw cow/goat milk from a local place, it tastes better and the fats in it are high in beta carotene and omega threes.

I find cardio suppressed my appetite, but thats also something ive seen alot of people disagree with. must be a personal thing, but at least give it a shot.

find ways to cope emotionally. youre a sad fat fucker who hates their body but thats no reason to binge eat. i personally meditate or do archery when i feel emotionally worked up.

take a multi-vit. not just that fatties, im talking to all you fuckers.

dont fucking smoke. jesus christ its gross and the little weight you might lose is not worth the overall reduced physical performance and health risks.

finally use psychological tactics. i like to buy stuff thats just a little to small, then challenge myself to fit into it within a week.

dont lift everyday. i did that for a while and while your gains might initially be better, you'll plateau and it becomes harder to put on lean mass without allowing a rest period. i am a big proponent of two days on one day off.

Nope. HIIT is more eifficacious for fat loss (which is what you actually want, because losing all of your muscle mass makes you an amorphous skinnyfat blob) than LSD training.

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training
LSD = Long, Slow Distance

Glycogen is used up very quickly and training for 90 mins is ridiculous and unneccisary.

For optimum health (which I know is irrelevant here) you want at least 10 mins at a time accumulating 90 mins total a week in at least 3 separate sessions of moderate intensity exercise.
(ie. To the point where you can talk, but it's not easy)

For weight loss, you want an elevated heart rate (HR) to about 70% HRmax (220 minus your age = your HR max) for 30-40 mins 3 times a week.

HIIT for 20 mins will achieve this.

And unless you're completely sedentary, HIIT is very unlikely to make you stronger.

Every source I have looked at, granted I don't recall if they were backed by hard science peer reviewed stuff, they all say glycogen takes at least 25 mins and with the target heart rate going, after the mark, a total of 90 minutes is optimum for the LSD variant, because after you're done you're also reaping the benefits long after the work out, fat keeps burning in degrees, and while you sleep.

The point with the glycogen to fat transitional stuff I've read, is doing sprints stresses your body harder causing the glycogen to be stored more, and losing water weight instead, the speed for the LSD is to not be feeling extremely in discomfort, and not also feeling like it's easy, a steady challenging jog but that you can keep going, and your body can feel "safe" to allow fat burning. That shit is classed as a poison in most countries in Europe and is not allowed in food in some.

It's not in food here unless it's imported. We use cane sugar in our drinks. Our diet drinks don't contain it either. There've been studies showing that the sweetener is a carcinogen but it's not in high enough concentrations that a 2L bottle a day will significantly impact your chances of cancer in your digestive tract (which is the relevant area.)

That said, you're better off not drinking it based purely on the acidity of most of them.
