no, you don't need to get it tailored if RTW suits suit your body frame. that's a myth from ignorant "im so interested in fashion" guys.

Tailored suits are always recommended for people with very special needs or very special body frames.

It's very rare that a RTW suit fits you perfectly. As long as you make sure the body is of good length and that the shoulders fit nicely, you can easily adjust the arm length and waist if needed.
