I have bought that brand before, almost that same shoe. My advice is don't cop. The leather is cheap, the lining is crap, they're just not a very nice pair of shoes. I got mine when I was a fuccboi who didn't know anything about shoes, and I wore them a few times but soon realized they were cheap and ugly because my taste changed so rapidly from newly being fascinated with fashion and materials.

Basically it's Urban Outfitters tier. I hope I can save you from wasting money like I did, I wouldn't want another person to get Bed Stu and regret it.

(side note: Bed Stu's distressing is sometimes very uneven from one shoe to the other; on mine the toe of each shoe was a noticeably different lightness)

Shoes made from good leathers do look great as they become distressed and worn over time. But trying to emulate that natural process by pre-distressing a shoe looks phony and cheap. And the leather used in Bed Stu's shoes will never look as amazing as a pair made with a substantial, quality leather.

Copping basics, getting closer.
So Uniqlo's small was too short, but had a perfect fit.
Everlane's small tee was too tight in the shoulders/armpits but perfect length.
So I copped American Apparel's tee and I love the fit of the v neck except for the actual v neck depth. So I'm gonna order their crew necks.

My main question is: is there something that fits like American Apparel's v neck but isn't nearly as deep? It needs to be near identical especially in length. The torso can have a little leeway though.

How are Alternative Apparel's fits? Got a better suggestion?
Sizing down to mediums don't work, they are too baggy on me.

If you're in the Eaton Centre area (why would you be though), you might find something you like at mall stores like Scotch & Soda, Topman and J Crew.
The contemporary men's floor at the Bay is not bad either. If you want something a bit better quality, you can try Harry Rosen, but most things will be too dad-fitting since dads are their primary clientele. In Yorkville, try TNT Blu and that Brooks Brothers Flatiron shop near UofT. If you're in the West Queen West area, check Jonathan and Olivia and Nomad (I think you'll find what you're looking for here, but it'll be more expensive).

Flip flops are a type of sandal. Personally I think they're only appropriate at the gym/beach/pool/in dorm showers, but it depends on where you live. Here in Florida people wear them everywhere.

Sandals are tricky to recommend. Some people don't like sandals and men at all (as well as shorts). In certain climates, they're just necessary. Basically just find a pair with details that you find flattering and interesting. Don't buy anything too trendy because you'll feel insecure when you wear them.
