The print is either love or hate for most people but I quite like it. I think the top half works well but I would of chosen a smaller collar and unbuttoned it. The jeans don't fit very well , they're a bit too loose and a too long. Not long enough for nice stacks and not short enough to look neat. The shoes look ok and tie it together nicely. Just my opinion.
