I eat right and exercise.
Looking sickly thin is different from looking healthy thin. Regular exercise also conditions your brain to cope with stressful situations, thus leading to fewer spaghetti incidents.

I'm doubtful about this.
But OP, starving yourself is stupid. Do it the right way and you will feel and look infinitely better.

if you want to take some extra weight off your weight and slim down quick, then yeah water/cigarettes for a week should do the trick.

You'll gain it right back in a heartbeat though. and you will feel like shit the entire time. But if you truly want to look slimmer, then you'll endure it. if not, then dig in fatty

Just cut calories slowly.

No need to lift or anything. You'll feel fine, and won't gain weight. Once you reach the weight that you want, eat maintenance for that weight until your body is entirely used to it, and eats that way naturally.
Go to /fit/ and read the sticky for learning how 2 cut calories, but don't stop to lurk or post because they'll tell you you're wrong for doing so.

it does work, but it's all in the cigarettes imo. they both burn calories by upping your metabolism (slightly) and suppress hunger.

and I think water is better than coffee. you can drink a bunch of water to stay full all the time, and it's good for you anyway.

also if you eat healthy food for a month it becomes all you desire. greasy shit and sweets become unappetizing, at least imo

you guys dont even have to smoke cigarettes. there are a lot of over the counter things that increase metabolism and suppress hunger.

also you can get an E-cig. pure nicotine satisfaction

Its not just the nicotine, its the other added factors that contribute to the effect.
