w2c cheaper yohji-like pants?

>> No.6758201

2nd hand yohji

>> No.6758220

I hate looking at this. Bagginess is mainstream again. How much longer until slim fit is actually unfashionable and I quit fashion.

this
if you want yohji, you have to get yohji

I think there are lots of little details that you definitely can't get from other brands, but the idea of a looser fit isn't that hard to find.

>>6758196

Anything specific that you're looking for in terms of fit, fabric, silhouette, price, etc.?

if we're talking about hedi-tier slim fit, it's already unfashionable

Mostly just the fit and silhouette of his pieces. Damir Doma has some similar ones, but unfortunately they are also out of my budget

Not a fan of the double-layered pants, I prefer the simpler ones like in the OP pic

>> No.6758300

Well, if the shape's close, then you can easily find stuff from contemporary and/or boutique labels. Instead of Damir, buy SILENT. Instead of Yohji, look at Comme des Garçons BLACK. There's lots of companies that operate at a lower price point but clearly have a more aggressive, modern cut.

It's the new label from the guy who founded Comune. It's called Chapter. Apparently they're launching this season. From what I've seen, it reminds me a lot of those early 2000's darker, California menswear brands like Endovanera, Fremont, etc.

could work but yohji pants usually have a dropped crotch / long rise so might not be the same shape
>>6758514
yeah i'm sure it's that too but just the exclusiveness of certain brands allows the few retailers that stock it to mark it up alot eg. lncc

>> No.6758569

I own a Yohji ... top thing I got in a thrift store for $15 (I think, it was a while ago) that I wear around the house because when I wear it out people think I'm wearing a woman's blouse

>b-b-b-but it says homme on it it's for a guy right ;_;

don't suppose i could get a bit of insight...
what's the customs tax for luxury goods avg in euro?

>> No.6758684

Varies based upon the law of the land, but most customs rates on clothing are based on its material and its point of origin.

I'm like that's a pretty slick fit, then I caught a glimpse of his shoes and had to lock up my laptop to make a break for the bathroom before I pissed myself laughing.

Maybe I'm too pleb to get it, but holy shit LOL.
