A > B > C > M > D > E > EE > EEE
they start at size 6 and go to size 16.

OP just bite the bullet and buy common projects... It's the only shoe you need and would probably use everyday. Dress shoes are beautiful and you will get lots of praise from it but you will have a hard time pairing it with most outfits and not an everyday shoe. Wolverine 1k are also good but i would recommend getting a CP's first.
also check out AG jeans buttero and Adrian white and Wings + horns low cut. Whatever you want to buy WHITE SNEAKERS.

I just bought mine last week and I'm really satisfied with my CP's. and I don't get it why some people don't like CP'.I'm into minimalist style and CP's is the best white sneakers I could find. Of course Ann D and Rafs are awesome but they are very expensive and I would start on a mid tier shoe first before going to the top.
