Community college dropout with no work history and a felony

Don't give a fuck about that though. Once I look good I can start pimping

I was a NEET for 3 months. Worse months of my life, but also my most introspective.

tfw neet
tfw spend most of my time reading books and watching films
tfw only leave house to produce music with my friend in his basement, buy food and occasionally go to parties
tfw home gym and lift to stay in shape

I know 3 months is nothing compared to how long some NEETs have been going, but it's kinda sad that you laugh at 3 months.

3 months is a long time to be in a certain situation/mind-set.

Are you implying that you've been a NEET longer than 3 months and that it somehow makes my plight puny in comparison?

Hah.

I'm a community college drop out as well, except I actually did something for myself. I was good at creating sites, offered my services worldwide, then I learned ranking and now I outsource all the work while earning $X,XXX every month. Looking to double that in the next month.

It's called summer, bro.

I was implying that 3 months is trite and certainly not any kind of plight. People spend triple or quadruple that after lay offs.

4chan usually attracts the very lazy people. People here say, "it's too hard to make money and live well" yet they have the biggest one source of information ever created by mankind under their finger tips and they rather go to facebook (or even more 4chan lurking) instead.

Nice
I remember a few times going on warrior-forum (an IM forum), reading random crap when I should've been going to school. Too lazy to pursue any ideas obv

It still just isn't a fucking long time

I started there btw. But I found out the hard way that if you stay there too long you will never take action while having shiny-object syndrome. Everything you see there is meant to keep you in the same "how do I make money" day in day out.

Like I said I outsource most of the work for my site. I focus purely on ranking because web design is just a pain in the ass.

And yes, making money online isn't for everyone. I personally gave up all my friends for 4 years, never went out, always focused on my business. That's something most people from 4chan just couldn't do.

I think your problem was that you thought you were trying too hard and that you then tried developing a style without conscious.

The only way that you're trying too hard is if you're desperately trying to imitate high fashion from images that you see with cheap clothes that in no way project the same value.

I don't believe anyone develops a sense of style unconsciously. You first have to an interest in fashion if you want to start putting together worthy fits. This means studying fashion, and I don't mean as a degree but browsing /fa/ for inspiration, checking out clothing stores, browsing other fashion boards for inspiration and generally being in the know how of the fashion world.

As you study you'll start to put fits together from thing that you've seen which struck with you. Over time you'll continue to dislike your current fits and buy more clothes to improve. The trick isn't buying clothes to simply fill the void but buy pieces that you know are better than your current ones and that will form a cohesive fit.
