Hi, first time posting on this board. I bought an M-65 field jacket today, so I figured I'd ask you guys whether it's considered "fashionable" or not.

Just a gut feeling.

Here's a good way to layer that jacket in the winter. You've got to put on some weight and do something with your hair or it'll look absolutely ridiculous, though.

Well here's the thing:
I bought that jacket because the only other heavy jacket I own is my letterman jacket, and I can't take that to college. And in college I need to keep my hair like that because I'm going to be doing AFROTC.

I don't think that jacket is salvageable. Sleeves look too long and baggy and it doesn't fit you in the shoulders.
