Dear /fa/
Recently copped some RO trousers at a 'relatively' well known consignment shop in my area. Although they're supposedly very stringent about not buying fakes, I'm sure mistakes do happen to everyone.

I got a little excited and dropped them off at the drycleaners, but the more I think about it, the more I panic about these pants. Would anyone mind putting up picks of their legit Rick inner tags for comparison? I'm going to go back to the cleaners first thing tomorrow morning and take pics/compare.

thxluvu

also worth noting, the pants didn't have zippers, so no ykk obvious red flag

also, the sizing was numerical and not letter, so there's that one two. but that's all I know

I did look at the SZ legit thread, but the genuine tag pics were really blurry

>> No.6643171

who cares if they're fake or real as long they look good on you. if you couldn't tell straight away that they;re fake then the quality is probably on par with the real deal. designers don't make their shit out of magical cotton it's the same stuff as everyone else

*too
also, where do rick trousers generally have their signature?

generally the waistband at the center back or the pocket bag on the inside. its embroidered in a place that doesnt show on the outside.

while the quality of the material felt nice on my skin, I can't say that I'm not morally opposed to owning fakes. I'm no rick expert, maybe my perception of legit quality isn't the same as other people more experienced with handling rick garments. the purchase was pretty stupid considering that I should have done more research, but I'm trying to fix that mistake now

also, I would want to let the store know just in case the cosigner is trying to get away with more fake selling.

hey user, sorry 2 hijack thread, but can u help on rick tee sizing (i know u've done it before)

i'm 6ft, quite slim. a rick s would be pretty tight on me right?

it depends, some mainline garments have number tags, but most mens garments are sized xs, s, m, l, xl afaik

the lettering varies depending on the type of garment and model

they also vary by season

than q bby. have you seen any fakes out there that have successfully replicated the "dotted" lettering on the tags? I'm meticulously reading this SZ thread and another one on purseforum

>> No.6643283

sure np. and yeah ton of s on rakuten, great for me because i only buy s or xs.

be careful rick, especially mainline basics are addictive

extremely rarely, its generally obvious when a tag is fake.

Why not post an image of your tag? It would be pretty clear right away.

not really julius or attachment, i dont like how many of them have a waist taper, and i am not a huge fan of how julius distresses shirts.

certain undercover shirts i like, yohji tee shirts, ma+, and poell taped/glued shirts
