first thing i can tell you right off the bat is to not match colors like that, it looks tacky and in this case it makes you look like one of those things from despicable me.

the colors might still work on you individually, mind you, but just not together in the same outfit. use a different color shirt so it doesnt match your shoes, and then change out either the jeans or the cardigan so they're not both blue
