Does /fa/ approve of this color combination? I'd like some feedback before I drop the money.

Those pants are quite orange, I'm not a fan of them in general.

As far as the colour combination, do not make the mistake of buying "outfits" when you shop. Buy items that will work, and fit in with the wardrobe you have.

A simple rule I have is I look at whatever piece I am considering and think if I have three of every other variable in a fit that would work with it, if I don't, then I pass on the item.

The more you use an item, the cheaper it becomes, and the better buy it becomes. So keep that shit in mind when you shop, and don't worry about buying fit, by fit, by fit. Get singulars that pair well with multiple other items in your wardrobe.

What do you guys think of these chinos?

I think they match the shirt and other shirts I own quite well. Thoughts?

I'd rather you went with something like this:

or this

The second link is the same pair, just cheaper and with limited sizes.

What do you mean by 3 of every variable?

Like a jacket/top and shoes to compliment the trousers or different type of the same trousers?

Like this
1-Pants
2-Shirts
3-Jackets
4-Shoes

What you want is 3 outfits from every purchase you make, so if you buy shirt A, then you should be capible of matching it with Pants A and Shoes A, Shoes A and Pants B with Jacket A, and Pants B with Shoes B kinda thing.

So essentially with every purchase you have 3 new fits to work that purchase into.

This is a very easy way to build a cohesive wardrobe that will allow you lots and lots of items to bring together into different fits, and new ways.

I like the pants, but I'd wear them with either a white shirt or some kind of pattern containing white (thin stripes, gingham, etc)
