Just started running trying to tone up, how to look /fa/ while exercising.

Outfits etc.

when people say tone/toning you know what they mean no need to get autismal over it

>> No.6595796

Wait someone explain why toning doesn't exist

>> No.6595804

if ur actually running don't get flyknits they blister u like fucking hell after like 3 miles

absolutely awful

>> No.6595809

yeah, fuck off with that "wuts toning? lul" autism shit. Everybody gets the difference between bulking and cutting.
Toning is a great term for what OP is talking about

>> No.6595816

Really kinda depends on what you mean by it. The tension in the relaxed muscle or increasing muscle mass/losing bodyfat. It's kind off a diffuse marketeer term nowadays.

Hence the shiggydiggywoopwoop

>>6595747
you dont.

just get some plain exercise gear in black without a bunch of shitty logos and youre fine

>> No.6595824

>>6595809
Losing fat? No toning is a shit and misleading term for it.
Also, if you're excercising properly you can't look /fa/ puffy, red faced, sweating and farting.
If you're just going for a job and switching to diet soda you're right on track

Jesus Christ that guy needs to fix his posture.

Sheit negros. Didn't know the tone word was gonna get me lynched.

Was thinking about getting Roshes for a running shoe because I like how they look, and so does everyone else. They actually decent for running in though?

>> No.6595833

>>6595816
In basically every casual discussion of fitness it means the latter and everybody knows it. Faggots just like to show off with that "toning doesn't exist" bullshit.

>> No.6595846

>>6595832
Get a freerun instead, the Roshe is not for running in spite of its name.

>> No.6595851

>>6595832
no they're not
practically no support on roshes
if u already know how much support you need while running work off of that
if you don't just research something neutral that looks ok

>>6595846
So much this, free runs are the best running shoes. Free run 3s for functions free run 2s for aesthetics.

>> No.6595857

>>6595832
no they arent,no heel/arch support
i was thinking of copping dirt cheap blk harem pants,im a ale btw

wait the flyknits suck as running shoes?

I thought the flyknit lunars/racers were meant for running?

>> No.6595862

I don't understand people who want to look /fa/ while exercising. I wouldn't want good clothes to get sweaty and dirty, and if you're not sweating, you're not running hard enough.

>> No.6595876

>>6595859
they are they just rub the fuck outta your achilles
if they didnt do that they'd be great

Oh and as for shoes, either Nike Gyakusou trainers or Free run 2's.

This, Gyakusou is the most fashionable way to run. Rick is a close second, you could combine the two provided you were very deliberate with the combinations and not just haphazardly putting them together.

I haven't had any major problems with my flyknits but I've only run in them a few times. Free 3's are my go to runners. I did spend an entire day walking around manhattan in my flyknits this week tho, and I got a blister on my middle toe. But maybe I;d just had them on too long.

They are great running shoes and if you get hurt in them you aren't running /fa/, that is the forward lean and midfoot strike. Though I do have to agree on the achilles, but they toughened up so I doesn't happen anymore. Its like when I bought my first pair of Van's when I was little and it did the same thing
