stripey shirts like those your wearing right now really doesnt work at all. try wearing a plain navy one instead. plus lengthwise its too small for you, and the billowy fit on the arms is not a good look. polos are meant to be really fitted, so it needs to stick to your body

the thigh area on the jeans is a bit loose imo, try wearing skinnier fits or squatting more.. and hem them cause those ones are too long i think

for sneakers id suggest the hi top white CTs or you could still to those ones cause you dont really look like you have a decent enough wardrobe to be able to pull off more expensive sneakers (again, no disrespect)

both the shirt and the pants do not go together at all. you can make two differet outfits from them.

i like the cuffing of the shirt, it goes well with the shirt itself cause ya know its a work shirt.. so id suggest wearing them with some straight denim and workboots

the pants could be tapered on the calf area but thats just personal taste. shoes are lovely but a pair of darkish burgudy loafers would be a better choice to pair with the pants. the length is perfect imo

the shoulders on the shirt seem fine, but its rather baggy around the body and waist. notice the crumpling on the left side, and stretch marks on the right t the waist, and the excess material around the right of the picture around the torso
one less fold for sleeve cuffs might look better also but you can consider that personal preference

the pants are too large mainly around the waist and thighs. notice the large curve of the belt rather than a straight horizontal line you would find on well fitting pants at the waist. That's also related to the camel toe effect you're getting around your crotch
while the left side of the picture appears to have a nice straight leg from that angle, the right side displays the poor fit around the thighs. notice the large outwards curve along the entire top half of the leg suddenly ending at the knee. a reasonable tailor should be able to fix that up or at least minimize it. its unlikely that as it is it would be actually conforming to your genuine leg shape

The bagginess you are describing come from the angle of my arm holding the camera/taking the image: it's raised up high and low (so as to not clip my face), so it makes the shirt look more ruffled and ill-fitting than it actually is.

I have a women's waist because of years of being cyclist and runner, and the latter criticism stems from my massive (in proportion to the rest of my body) quadriceps; the edge in question is from the pants tightly fitting around my leg, instead of a strange bulge in the image. Regardless, I do see I should wear the pants lower, and thank's for the constructive pointers.
