Hey. How should one wear these shoes? Are they two dressy to wear with shorts? And if I wore them with shorts, should I wear it with dress socks? Or no show socks?

I got them from the thrift store, so of course they look scuffed up.

See what works, I think these would go better with a blue or (grey?) socks. I think the color is too light to go no show but try shit on and see what looks good.

Or just do whatever works, but if you have nice enough legs to wear shorts then you might as well show off your ankles directly against some leather.

Personally OP, I'd wear these shoes with shorts, or the black denim you have, just try to roll the legs a bit
And don't be afraid to go with something lighter than a denim shirt, like a tshirt, as you said before. In France atm it's too damn hot to even wear something with full sleeves
