The made in England ones aren't really all that better.

Fuck man, these aren't shell cordovan aldens you're buying... they're docs. Cheap and durable and made with corrected grain leather wherever they're made.


If anything, made in china is more accurate to the originals. Because the vintage ones were made back in the 60's, when england was pretty much a third world country with cheap labour.
