I made some modifications to a tee and jeans I got from uniqlo.

the tee is mesh (imagine basketball jersey). I cut it so the back hangs longer than the front, then zig-zag stitched (faux-serger) to finish it and keep from fraying.

also, the jeans are the slim (not skinny) cut, and I tapered below the knee. this is soooo much more comfortable than buying skinny jeans, since every skinny jean has a skinny rise. it seems it's almost impossible to find skinny jeans that don't crush your balls, so I think I'll just taper slim cuts from now on.

pic is shitty but you get the idea.

i realize that the price is high for basics compared to american apparel, but due to the fact that im sewing it all myself and it is not mass produced, its not really feasible for me to charge the same price as they do.

also, you might want to buy my clothing because of look, the detailing, and the fit. you might also buy it because i tend to be pretty flexible and able to adapt items to the type of fit youre looking for.

im not asking you to buy my stuff, or my stuff is the best deal ever! just that the option is there if youd like to.

varies depending on the fabric im currently using. the higher percentage of elastane/lycra in the blend, the less problem youll have with kneebags. pure cotton has very poor memory and develops kneebags quickly.

this one is like 35% elastane so on a pair i have that have been worn for about 4 months there have been no kneebags yet, but its really a matter of time with any knit.
