I see people wearing no socks with their footwear during the summer, but when I tried it, my trainers got all sweaty and my little toes got all rubbed up on the sides and blistered.
I'm considering wearing sandals just because of the comfort.

I don't wear socks with boat shoes and I'm just fine. My feet don't sweat or get blisters and my boat shoes don't smell.
