I want to get the calves on my raws tapered much more aggressively (I have bigger thighs) but I don't wanna wash them yet. But if it'll screw up the fit if I don't, then I will. I'm about 8 months in. Will I fuck them up if I tailor before washing or will it not matter so much?

I Don't think denim can really be played. I think Raws had a re-emergence and then became the new standard. There will always be a place for hard-wearing, affordable and individually unique garments. They go with nearly everything, too.

You make a good point about the fades. I think there might be a little misalignment on the bottom whiskers but it should hardly be noticeable.

Also the whole thing about jeans smelling and being gross is bullshit from my experience. I don't walk through mud or puke on them. I just walk to class and walk back. They don't smell like anything.
