I'm from /fit/ and I have some questions that require your expertise, questions about shoes.

I normally walk around in pic related.

>How bad is it to use these type of shoes?
>What type of shoes do you recommend?

i'll do both of these at once
Nike Flyknit Trainer+ (the other flyknit stuff is pretty /fa/ too), Nike Free 3.0/5.0, and New Balance 420 are all "entry level" options. I don't know much about running shoes but that's my input lol.

there's more expensive (better) options though

Listen. There are shoes that are made for running and there are shoes made for fashion.

If you really want something in the middle but more on the /fit/ side then grab a pair of nike free runs

/fit/izen here too brah. I just got some Common Project Achilles. Do some research and cop them man they're worth every penny.

Keep the running shoes for running or doing shit you wouldn't do in $300 sneakers.
