So I got myself an old m65 jacket from the surplus store for next to nothing. I already own one that fits perfect, and this one is a tad too baggy. I'm thinking of transforming it somehow, but not entirely sure what I want to do with it yet. Maybe remove the sleeves? Anyone have some other ideas? Fun little DIY project.

I think it's the only thing you could do, really. The way I see it is you either cut off the sleeves or you cut it up to fuck to make some weird shit. If you have a girlfriend you could try cutting it in half maybe? Idfk. Basically the only thing I could see working is sleeveless. You bought it for dirt cheap and won't wear it since you have one, so you have nothing to lose, right? Think of it as a cheap experiment.

They're durable enough for you to put it inside a dryer on low heat with a few pumice stones and dirt with the structural integrity being intact. After that patch up/sew any rips/holes to give it more character.
