I always struggle to find nice Lacoste things... Last time I went in their boutique I had a look at some of the shirts, they're not even bad shirts but I feel like the crocodile logo cheapens up outfits too much. Like if I'm wearing Jil Sander trousers and shit, I feel like the croc kinda makes it seem cheaper.

Yeah I hear that, BUT, with casual shirts (ie preppy oxfords) I think it's more acceptable. Ralph Lauren puts out pretty good shirts, the slim fit is nice... I don't mind the pony. RRL is a bit better AND doesn't have the logo but I hear it's a workwear fit (AKA super-baggy) so that's a no-go unfortunately.
