Thank you! It is a little messy, not usually that cluttered, but hey it gives it a homey-feel. The artwork is mostly OC, from me alone and some by my friends. The artwork on the ceiling is from a magazine, and everything else from stores around town.

I've recently taken a liking to this kind of design. Very light, almost white, dull woods with lots of white fabric, wicker accents, and navy/blue contrasts in general. It could almost be described as a nautical feel. I used to like really contemporary stuff with lots of black and stainless steel until I realized I hated how sterile it looked.

i think the problem is that there's so much "classy" shit for the sake of being classy. it just ends up feeling too gaudy.

the couch, coffee table, end tables, and wallpaper are nice but the lamps, the chandelier, the paintings (frames are nice though) and the rug could be better. there are way too many useless books, and those scrolls are kinda dumb too. there's too much shit on the coffee table and the picture frame would work better on an end table. a couple of books and perhaps the tray with whisky is enough for the coffee table.

that's my personal taste anyway.
