I would say 180lbs at <10% body fat is good, lean and slightly muscular - enough for definition to show. But that's personal preference. I myself am a 150lb 5'6" manlet.

If you post a picture I can give you an estimation of your bodyfat percentage if you don't already know. If you can see muscle then you're probably close. I'd just try to maintain that muscle and shave off maybe five to ten pounds of fat. You may look lanky but eh that's what /fa/ likes. You could lose that weight in a month or two with a good diet or Keto or something. It'd be fairly easy to maintain too.
