If you dont have big legs, just get a skinny fit because all of the slim tapered ones never have enough taper IMO. If you bigger legs especially thighs, Dockers Alpha and Gap Slims, and Uniqulo are good budget options. Standard price to get pants tapered are about $25 depending on the tailor. Make sure they measure your leg carefully before doing it.

Working out is always a great idea, and for someone your age I can't really recommend anything other than cheap, well-fitting basics. I'd say start with /fit/ if only to learn how to take care of your body (just be aware that the board is filled with insecure manchildren who compensate for their complete lack of social skills with working out (like /fa/, except we do it with clothes)).

Dip dye, essentially you are dipping the shirt into die at varying time lengths, obviously you'd increased for a darker color as you progress. If you're doing it at home, you'll need to set aside a couple hours to set it up.
