A lot of people are mostly giving you criticisms based on the fact that your outfit isn't necessarily what's _fashionable_ right now. Aside from that, I think that it's totally fine. Monochrome is fine, jacket is not bad, thigh-highs are good (if not a bit anime-esque, but that's just fine), skirt is fine. The only piece that I'm not too fond of are the boots, which could be simpler.
