Ok I'm looking for some basic light outer/overwear for summer, i.e. jackets, jumpers etc.

Summer weather's a bit temperamental over here in england so I'd like something to wear over my normal summer stuff when it gets a little chilly. I've already got a jacket and a jumper that I like but they were both bought in winter/autumn so they're too heavy for this.

Some sort of thin jumper with a button or zip neck would be nice. For jackets I'm not too fussed, I suppose I'd prefer a zip front.

Definitely. I might be a cheap ass on my shirts and things, but shoes get the most wear out of all of your clothing. It's important to get them quality so that they'll actually last.
Plus the stuff that you wear the most you should really get to be the best. I feel this way about jackets/coats especially, since in the colder months of the years you might be wearing them every day.

You do realize that airplanes are also put together with glue and carry thousands of people through the sky daily. Although in that case it's called adhesive because calling it glue would make people piss their pants.

My point is though that just because something is glued on doesn't mean it's prone to falling apart even if stitching has a better hold than glue.

Yes bro. I can relate to you on a profound level because no more than one week ago I was posting on /fa/ whether or not to cop the AnnD nubuck off antonioli for $475 with was 50% off!!

But the thing was that I ended up having to spend money for all of this bull shit and now I drifted down to $300 and I curse my luck for my indecisiveness and not purchasing the shoes when i could have.
