all I want is to be a model, /fa/
I've wanted this for as long as I can remember.
the thought of someone deciding how I look and my picture being in magazines or on billboards makes me so happy.

but I'm short, I'm 5'5. I have a good face, but that's all. can you become a model with just a face? do agencies even accept models that only do face modeling?

my little brother gets modeling offers all the time, though he's much taller than me. he doesn't want to model, though

could I do hair modeling? what are the qualifications for that, can you make a living off of it?

hell, even if I wasn't paid anything, I want to be a model.

i know a model who is only ~5'7, but he only does modelling via photos, so they can play with his proportions to make him look a normal height.

your options:
- become an actor first
- only do photography modelling

you will never work on the runway, and you'll only ever be able to do work for smaller brands.

I'm fine with not being runway or anything like that. I'd love to do magazines or something. I know a lot of pictures in magazines are already of models who do high fashion, though, so I was mostly wondering if there was any part of the industry you can still be successful in even if you lack height -- or if they won't consider you without height, regardless.
