everything in this pic is way too pic for you, that seems to be the main problem. you'll want the shoulder seams on the tee to match up with your shoulder, and you also want the sleeves to be slimmer so it doesn't billow like that. it looks like your body is totally fine so you don't need to hide it under baggy clothes :)
