This guy's outfits look silly on him because it's a contradiction. The outfits are special / unusual while he looks like an average as fuck asian man/10. I'm not saying that everyone who dresses this way has to have a HY or long hair and be all dark and smoke cigs, but this guy really isn't working these things around and into his own personality and looks.

A friend of mine loves streetwear and has been into fashion since he was like 12, and he dresses very nice but when we hang out with certain people who dress a certain way, he tries to dress like them to try to fit in better, and it looks silly because he has no understanding of the aesthetic. It's a shame because he's one of the best dressed people I know but still doesn't seem to know that fashion is more than just putting on clothes and looking good.

The issue I have is if anyone has tried on ss13 is that I doubt anyone who isn't heroin chic in would fit the jackets and tops.

The arms on jackets were extremely tight so anyone who does lift would find it hard to fit into a size larger let alone their actual size
