My hair naturally forms this shape when it grows and it always has

It grows mostly straight but curves inward at the ends so it forms a horrible bowl/helmet shape, i'm 21 and male, It also seems extremely resilient to products that force it to stay in a certain shape, hairspray has absolutely no effect on it regardless of how much i use. It also blows everywhere and all over the place out of style with so much as a light breeze

Another interesting property it has is that I have successfully undergone using no shampoo for month with no change to the cleanliness or smell of my hair.

inb4 get it short and style it, my hair always ends up losing its form and visible attempting to reform the shape of pic related after so many hours.

Can anybody help? I seriously hate my hair and It has been one of my biggest insecurities because I have never been told it looks good.
