Looks fine but I can't stand shirts with different colored colors, it looks so cheap and tacky.

Plus the cuffs look huge, but you might just be doing that to give off the illusion you aren't freakishly tall? I think pic related cuffs work well for "nautical" or summer.

pinch roll your cuffs for a taper and make them about 1/2 as wide for a cleaner look. the extra space between the pants and the leg is a little awkward.

if you're gonna roll your sleeves up do it properly and end it at the elbow and not mid forearm.

lastly get actual boat shoes instead of sneakers that look like boat shoes.
