Everyone screws up their eyebrows, just pluck the stay hairs and follow your natural shape. It's pretty easy. If you're scared go get them threaded.

Get a cleanser with 2% salicylic acid

maybe look into trying out some makeup? You don't have to put on a lot, but some mascara would look nice and you could get a lightweight powder foundation. Oh and invest in a good lip balm and a moisturizer for your dry skin. Dry skin is more wrinkle prone when you get older.

No, not a man jaw at all. From the front you've got a really feminine v-shape thing going on. But I think "manjaw" is really attractive anyway, like on Olivia Wilde.

I think your face is great. If I looked like you I'd wear Dior Homme all day and be all chic and androgynous. I'm really girly, though, especially in the figure, so I can't pull that off.

I'm also jealous tthat you can grow strong eyebrows. Mine are too shrimpy. If I were you I'd get them professionally shaped, but don't let them make them too thin.

With your strong brows, big sleepy eyes, and relatively weak jaw, I think you'd look amazing with your hair pulled back tight, mascara, and maybe some contouring to emphasize the cheekbones and the v-shape of your face. It'd be really striking.

I'm not sure about your figure or the type of clothes you like, but I suspect you could rock the Alexander Wang model-off-duty thing well. (Again envy. I look fat unless I dress like Kate Middleton.)
