I definitely did not agree to that, I agreed that there are always people willing to throw it away when it doesn't suit them, well, that doesn't make the constitution itself a bad thing. no constitution can hold out against an overwhelming wish by the people to ignore it. a constitution is only effective as long as people say it is. as long as they do, this one is a wonderful document that should serve as an inspiration still to other countries.

it may be harder to like the united states looking at it from the inside, I know I certainly don't hold much love for Canada having been born and raised in it. but if you're going to let that cultural masochism extend to having a low opinion of your constitution, then I have to say I think you're being really ridiculous, and not knowing a good thing when you see one.
