for ex. i wear eu 40 in rafs/cps. and my foot is 25.5cm from heel to toe.

the insole on sz 40 ramones/geos is 25.5cm from heel to toe. I can wear 41s because its 26cm from heel to toe which is also fine, so you can size up one if you like to use an insole.

Yeah, there isnt any really big difference in sizing, apart from the toe box being wider, its not longer though.

just measure your foot from heel to toe if you want to know for sure. 25.5cm = 40 26cm = 41 27cm=42 28cm = 43 29.25cm = 44 30.75 = 45
