Don't.

I've bought them, tried them and they are uncomfortable as fuck. You will have to buy all new shoes 1 or 2 size bigger because they are unbearable if not, your foot just don't fit.

i have a pair of sneakers with an internal wedge, not really uncomfortable if you know how to walk in them. really not any different than walking in flats tbh, flats are just forgiving of sloppy form.

you gotta lift your legs with your butt and stomach, which is how you're supposed to do it anyway. aside from that, you gotta be able to relax your foot, so the shoe has to fit perfectly so that it holds your foot in place and supports it without your foot doing any of the work.
