I don't drink my coffee until like 11am cause I'm usually not feeling the hunger yet. i do a spoonful of oil, depending on your local weather it can vary from a solid to totally liquid. buy it like at walmart or your local grocery store, the pricier the store the more likely it is they have it. most people don't know it exists so employees aren't the most helpful

I just do one ~16oz cup every day. depending how my day's gonna go I get a fat spoonful or just enough to keep me going for the day.

I'd start lifting + calorie deficit if I were you. I basically dieted down to 155 from 200 last year and become a nasty skinnyfat. If you're anything like I was, you're a medium fat/no muscle and just look like a blobby mess. Lifting will help you gain some muscle mass and keep losing fat so you actually look good and you wont even get big since eating at a calorie deficit will pretty much prevent that if you're worried about it.
