In the UK, there is no massive culture of ADHD/ADD diagnosis and prescriptions drugs such as Ritalin and Adderall are not anywhere near as frequently found as compared to North America. However, they are still available and you could ask around friends, unis and schools but you're unlikely to get anything.

Another option is looking for these medications on the internet. That or buying street amphetamine (usually known as speed or whizz) which is essentially the same thing but not pressed into pill form.

I live in Melb and never tried adderall but if you're looking for a prescribed high, xanex is where its at.
Pretty much the opposite, you will be able to relax and sleep like a motherfucker.
During swatvac i prefer it because although studying is good, the perfect un-interrupted sleep is a godsend. My mind usually goes a mile a minute.
Only thing is that prescriptions are hard as fuck to get, they're really cutting back.
