Wedge Oxfords

I saw a pair of docs posted in a previous shoe thread and I've been looking everywhere for them. They are exactly the same as the picture, only the aren't patent - they're normal black nappa leather; model is 1461. I'm really into the combination of the wedge sole with the simple black or brown oxford, any more pictures of suggestions would be great.

Those are the ones I kept coming across but the damn stitching is white. I guess I can always get them, dye the stitching black, and swap out the laces.

oh god op I've spent hours looking for these

they simply do not ship to the US

if you want them I would recommend getting pic related and blacking in the stitching and replacing the eyelets/laces

if you want them all black smooth you're going to have to order them from the UK through a proxy, but it's going to be more expensive than the previous option

only reason I haven't gotten the ones with white stitching it because there's no longer a cobbler in my shit town :~;

They're available in navy and that's the closest you'll get to black.

Excuse me for not knowing how shoes work, but couldn't you just buy nice oxfords and pay a cobbler to resole them? Just show them a picture you like and theoretically they could do it?

idk about OP but part of the reason I wanted them so bad was because they're very cheap and reasonably high quality (comfy soles, actual leather)

good oxfords in a shape i like + the cost of resoling is just more than I am able to afford right now

also I don't know how easy it is to find wedge soles like that
