178cm - 74 kgs at the moment. Which is the heaviest i've ever been, there has defintiely been extra body fat added cause i haven't properly exercised in ages. I still have decent muscle mass but it's just fucking covered in fat haha.

Are you a military man?

1000 bucks eh? That is a lot to work with, I just don't know San Diego well enough. But you're bascially after a 100% wool fully canvases suit. Anything less is balls. High arm holes and a good shoulder fit is pretty much all that it needs, everything else can be changed by a good tailor.

At the range I really only know about Brooks Brothers Black Fleece, I tend to have my work suits made or buy off the rack with a bigger budget. But BF can be found on the sales rack at times, and the fit is very modern since it's Thom Browne, but not pure Thom Browne if you know what i mean.

structured blazers have padding and what is called canvasing which keeps it in shape, usually more formal, unstructured don't have this so they're more casual and usually lighter in weight so better suited to warmer weather

unstructured blazers dont have fusing/haircloth attached on the inside, which makes structured (traditional) blazers more stiff.

often times summer blazers are unstructured, made with linen and only partially lined.

as it sounds really
structured jackets are really more for suits. they're more formal, have padded shoulders, maintain their shape. you know, more rigid.

unstructured are floppy and more casual

The camera angle is part of this, but what you're wearing combines to make you look hobbitish. The low crotch (or worn too low pants) and cuffs visually shorten your legs, while the overly long t-shirt lengthens your torso.

Also, hit the gym so your biceps will fill out those sleeves a little.

I think that's just the downward camera angle, my legs are disproportionatly longer than my torso, so I try to lengthen them a little. I'll try to get a straight on shot, it looks a lot better in person. I'm 6 foot for reference
