I would imagine not. Imagine how easily the sides of your hair will flop down towards your ears. Unless you plan to keep sweeping your hair back, then I wouldn't go for it. Primary reason being how short the sides and back are. And I don't think it'll look that good anyway. You need a thin face for this do and the skinhead sides will make your face look comically thin imo.

Lol. Get rid of the facial hair. Don't use whatever you're using in your hair. Black hair + shine = greasy looking dirty fuck homo shit. Get yourself some wax or clay or putty. You can find a decent clay at the grocery store. I used to use Bedhead for men i can't remember what it's called exactly but it's in a black plastic container with white text. Anyway your face is pretty round so don't make your sides too short. I don't know how to dress either but I would just say do a classic side part because the top of your hair is a little too short for anything else.

get into makeup
can't say what cut would be better but not one that places so much emphasis on the face (over the hair) and hardens your hairline so much
w/ makeup you need to fix your lips (thin), your cheekbones (doesn't carve out enough but still carves, go one way or the other you're mixed poorly) and fix that nose and hugebrow effect coming from the heavily shadowed eyes
all this being through the magic of illusion of course
maybe bulk up to fit your face better, it's damned broad
or you could further your look in that seedy direction it's already got goin for it
