your call, OP. usually if you want to hook up, you hook up with someone you only intend to hook up with. i.e., meet someone at a bar. you're free to sleep with someone on the first date, but it would probably change the pace of your relationship (if you were hoping for something more long-term out of it)

btw, i've had sex with girls on the first date before and i dont really think it changes the dynamic that much. sometimes i just dump the girl afterwards, but a few have turned into serious relationships. i mean if the opportunity arises and you both want it, why not fuck. usually if a girl doesn't put out after 3 dates i break things off
