I need a haircut, and I was bored, so I decided to try and straighten my hair with a flat Iron.

What do you guys think would be the best hairstyle I could have? The right is how I usually have it.

look for hair products to play with. look for anything other than basic mens gel.

if your interested look into a hair perm if you want a 50's slick afro look.

Yeah the same old Caesar haircut can get really boring after a while. What you could do from this point is either shave off the sides and go for a mohican style, or shave off the sides, use a bit of gel/pomade mix and comb your hair hard to a particular direction.

You could go slick back, or comb it hard to one side, which is what I've done. Looks unique enough so you stand out but not too freakish.

This is actually a mohican that I've combed sideways, so I can have the flexibility of 2 styles.

it is a bit noticeable in the left OP yeah. luckily your lower face is really wide and square shaped so even with a slightly receding hairline you don't look bad as opposed to someone with a more curved youthful shaped face. i think you look fine on the right but if you wanna screw around w your hair anyways avoid spiking it up like in the left op pic or trying to give yourself bangs or something.
