Can one be /fa/ without spending more than the average person on clothes?

>> No.6114528

the average person wastes a lot of money buying rags that fall apart fast and don't form a cohesive wardrobe

definitely, it'll just take a lot more skill and effort

everyone here says this but my taste changed a lot quicker than any of my clothes ever fell apart. in fact, it's hard to think of any clothes that ever fell apart. maybe a pair of jeans or two that ripped.

it's kind of the reason why i am hesitant to drop several hundo on a single piece.

did you guys really have your old clothes fall to pieces? how? just by wearing them?

tbh my taste hasn't changed much thruout my lifetime, except for a brief period at the tail end of high school where i was dishonest. i wish i had just dived on in to rick & ann as soon as i started working.

not that ann dem is very durable #lel

not really, its just regurgitated bs statements people make.

people also seem to have this odd idea that the higher the price tag, the longer its going to last.

if you just want durable clothing, carharrt has that market cornered
there's definitely expensive clothing that can't command its price point, but there's also a lot of stuff at the high end of the market that simply couldn't be produced for anything less
