1milli is a good scent especially for clubbing etc. despite what people say.

its just a shame its worn by everyone now, and worn by like the dregs of society.

you should try black xs by the same house. i dont think its anywhere near as popular, although its not quite as good. its very similar, just replace the mint notes with berries in the opening.

i have both and i find i wear the latter more even though i like 1 million. its like wearing supreme. the wrong people will think its cool.

If you like the male fragrances I dont think you'll like LPRN since its very sweet

From Fragantica.com: " It opens with playful and sparkling aromas of black cherry, bergamot, red berries and almond. Bulgarian and Turkish roses rule the heart, further developing with notes of licorice and smoked black tea. Aniseed, tonka bean, vanilla, iris and patchouli form the base."

>> No.6116072

>>6116038
These are all boring. Mitsuoko is okay, but Shalimar smells like every other mid-80s scent. I was iconic at the time, but it's just a patchouli overload.

If you're looking for a women's fragrance, there aren't really tiers of quality. But like all fragrances, there's mainstream tier (Marc Jacobs, Thierry Mugler, CK) , department store tier (Guerlain, Diptyque, Tom Ford) and artisan tier (CDG, Frederic Malle, by Kilian, Creed). Just find noted and combinations you like from different houses.

a favourite of mine is Lolita Lempicka "Coral Flower"

i dont know what it is about it, but god damn. i got a bottle sent sort of by mistake, so i kept it at my house amongst my colognes until a girl needed to borrow some or something. like an emergency perfume.

so anyway, had a girl stay over and she felt a little self concious because she hadnt applied any perfume all day and HOLYE SHEEEITTT i could not stop smelling her. the tshirt i let her sleep in smelled like it for days and i couldnt stop smelling it. i now sometimes spray it on a little bit of fabric or a pillow when i get the feels...

its fucking pathetic i know.

anyway i think its hard for guys, or well me anyway, to give perfume advice, since being so olfactory-centric or whatever i attach emotions and feelings to certain perfumes. chanel coco gives me the feels too, its not too bad, a little bit pleb. hypnotic poison turns me off because a real bitch i used to date wore it.

the mugler Angel series is quite good, most of the flankers for it are nice too. i usually buy them as gifts for my female housemate who quite enjoys them.

youre mostly paying for the juice inside. because, you know, the better quality the ingredients and the maker, the better quality the finished product, the more expensive it is. you know, just like every fucking thing else in life.

Hey /fa/, looking for a quick recommendation here.

I'm looking for a new signature scent, and I've boiled it down to a few different fragrances that I'd like to try. I'm not looking for any niche fragrances either, men don't usually wear cologne where I live anyway.

I've been wearing versace eau fraiche, versace blue jeans, aquolina blue sugar, nautica voyage and Hanae Morae's HM for reference.

I'm currently interested in:
Black XS
Chrome legend
Issey miyake pour homme
YSL L'homme
YSL rive gauche
JPG le male

I'm leaning towards black xs because it has a lot of the same notes as versace's eau fraiche, but I'm just looking for a second opinion. I don't care about the popularity of a scent, so long as I enjoy it myself.
