The following is gonna sound nitpicky. So I'll start with this: I personally like the general look and have absolutely no problem with the pants, since you seem to be under 25-30.
Now, on to the not so nice part.
Tie is too short for pants, and too slim for tie bar. Also, 9/10 times the loosely tied tie and open top button looks like one of two things; drunk, or a high school kid who doesn't want to be too dressed up, so he carefully ties his tie like he "doesn't care." It's the latter here, and I personally don't think it looks good.
Your belt should match your shoes or vice versa. Either way would be good in my opinion, but as it stands the shoes look disconnected from the rest of the outfit.
Not sure what to think of white pocket square with white shirt, but I'm leaning toward liking it more than I dislike it.
Button the top button when standing. It'll probably look better.
