Idk about you guys but where I am, the coolest folks just dress in raggedy dirty thrifted clothing. Yeah, they wear what fits them but the goal is for the appearance of no goal.

Most of this board screams try hard. Or at least West Hollywood.

I have a gf who goes to a top art school (SAIC) and she wears a bunch of thrift clothing, as do most of her classmates. I don't know why she does it. It doesn't look that good. Thrift =/= /fa/

I have lots of friends in art school. Only the rich koreans dress anywhere approaching /fa/. The rest of the students wear ridiculous outfits they got at a thrift store. The clothes are usually ill fitting and dirty/torn. They try to look edgy or something, but it doesnt work out that well for them
