And also, I did my post grad overseas and a pretty good uni. Met a shit load of contacts and friends for life. Easier to keep as friends in that environment which I may not have been able to keep in a professional work setting. Basically make the best of it.

With your degree, do the best you can, it's a reflection of you. No point fucking around cause you might as well leave and do something else you'd put 100% into.
